Andie’s passion for visual storytelling is as strong today as it was more than three decades ago when her career began. Strategically minded, creatively gifted, innately curious, her ability to distil and conceptualise complex messages into effective design outcomes has proven invaluable to clients from a wide range of industries. As a studio leader, her people skills are also regularly to the fore. Be it inspiring the studio’s creative teams to grow and flourish, ensuring complex stakeholder groups stay on task, or mentoring the next generation as a sessional teacher at Swinburne, she always succeeds in summoning the best from those around her.
Tim’s passion for the built environment is as singular as his commitment to realising the potential of every design challenge—no matter how daunting. Driven, resilient, and uniquely skilled, his contribution to architecture is significant and reflects an innate understanding of placemaking and community garnered through numerous collaborations with Australia’s pre-eminent built environment designers. Inspired by art and culture, his words—though often softly spoken—are invariably profound, as his talent for bringing clarity to complexity, and turning potential compromises into compelling, creative solutions.
Kerrie is the consummate communications professional. A personable, highly organised, forward-thinking team leader with an eye for detail, she has worked in the design, advertising, and marketing industries for more than 25 years, including considerable experience with multichannel brand and tactical campaigns to both business and consumer audiences. A natural collaborator who is willing to push boundaries to achieve results beyond expectation, she excels at working closely with her design team and client, to deliver effective project outcomes—on time, on budget, and always with strong lines of open communication between all parties involved.

It’s no surprise that Darren’s transition from creative to management has been so successful. As a multi-disciplinary design practitioner for more than 25 years, he nurtured long-term, mutually successful relationships with clients from a range of industries. Exceptional entrepreneurial vision was one reason. A laser-like focus on delivering outstanding creative and outstanding service was another. Today, those same innate talents are helping Multiple clients identify opportunities they may not have considered, while ensuring the studio runs like a well-oiled machine. Not everything about Darren changed, though. He’s still a sports buff. And still the go-to guy for political news and current affairs.
With over a decade of experience, working across projects nationally and internationally, Sarah brings a strategy focused, systemised approach to her design. A creative problem solver, Sarah has worked across brand strategy, brand identity, signage and wayfinding, exhibition design, social media strategy, packaging, and motion graphics. Equally comfortable working across print, digital and motion, Sarah’s need to explore how and why things work has led to surprising and unique solutions to design outcomes.
