Able to cut to the core of communication issues to ensure effective, thought-provoking client solutions, she has more than 25 years in the design industry to her name, and has worked with a phenomenal variety of local and national brands, in both the public and private sectors.
In a former role she spent more than 14 years as a senior designer and team leader at emerystudio, where she headed a team of designers servicing a contract account for GM Holden for more than six years. She also applied her design skills to projects such as signage and environmental graphics for Melbourne Museum and Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
More recently, Andie has been instrumental in delivering wayfinding, branding and communication projects for a range of clients including the International Overdose Awareness Day for Pennington Institute, Mental Health Complaints Commissioner, City of Darebin and an extensive five station signage program for PTV in collaboration with Cox Architecture.
Tim has delivered successful design outcomes in local and international markets for more than 20 years. He understands the pragmatic rigours of producing successful commercial outcomes, but seeks to answer these challenges with thoughtful design that contributes to the culture and craft of his profession.
In his former role with emerystudio—a world-renowned specialist in the disciplines of branding, wayfinding and environmental graphics—Tim produced brand and marketing programmes for numerous corporations, cultural organisations and landmark urban developments. These included Australia Post, St Vincent’s Health, Cricket Australia, National Gallery of Victoria, Australian Institute of Architects, Robin Boyd Foundation, Taipei 101, and Barangaroo Sydney.
His work and achievements have been recognised internationally, having received awards from the New York Type Directors Club, Tokyo Type Directors Club, The Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Awards, Australian Graphic Design Association, Chaumont Poster Festival, Graphis, New York Art Directors Club and D&AD.

Among her many significant projects are managing a number of multi-channel property developments, branding, product/advertising campaign, launch events and workplace environment redesign. Delivered for clients such as Brady Property Group, Growland, Incitec Pivot, City of Darebin, Jayco, Holden, Worksafe and Telstra to name but a few.

He has a proven record of developing long-term, mutually successful relationships with clients from a range of industries, where his hands-on, practical approach ensures strategic and communications objectives are met on projects large and small, alike.

Darren’s experience spans myriad industries, with particular strength in the healthcare and sports sectors. He has successfully completed projects for Axis Health, Independent Cement and Lime, Australian air Express, AFL Players’ Association, Australian Cricketers’ Association, Paragon Care Group, GM Medical, Oxford Medical Equipment, Maribynong City Council, Banyule City Council, City of Darebin, LandMark White Group, Redken NY, Jayco, SouthLinks and Incitec Pivot Fertilisers.
Steph is a senior designer with more than 10 years of industry experience. Combining strong writing skills with her focus on simple, direct communication, she has helped organisations both small and large to define their messaging, and express it effectively to their audience.
Meticulous, efficient and able both to develop concepts and refine them through to production, Steph possesses a broad scope of experience, including brand development and naming, strategy and presentations, brand identity and roll-outs, brochures and publications, retail interiors and way finding, point of sale and advertising.
She has worked on varied projects for community and arts groups, small startups, and large corporate and retail clients, including Craftwest (now FORM), Curtin University, Victorian Opera, The Australian College of Optometry, Russell Kennedy Lawyers, VMIA Insurance, Molinare Online Growth Consultancy, R&G Real Estate, Reece, Adairs, Liquorland, ASKO Alltel Telecommunications (USA), One supermarket (China), Pizzini, Mt Avoca wines, Jayco and the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner

Sam is a graphic designer with a focus on thoughtful and practical creative problem-solving. Collaboration and strategy bridges Sam’s broad portfolio, with experience in brand identity, signage & wayfinding, design strategy, packaging, art direction and illustration.
Recently, Sam has worked closely on the design, and production management of signage and wayfinding for various education, civic and commercial and retail projects. In 2019 he collaborated closely with Kerstin Thompson Architects to form a resolute and respectful signage system for the new Melbourne Jewish Holocaust Centre.
