ISPT’s visionary re-development of 345 George Street into an elite, purpose designed, retail flagship was a strategic response to luxury brands establishing and intensifying a presence in the Sydney market. Carefully curated for discerning clients within the high end luxury brand sector, the bespoke leasing package was designed with luxury in mind, unveiling a world of sophistication and artistry. The package features a unique, hand crafted, exclusive gift and included two books; one a high end art journal featuring photography of the artisans commissioned for the gift, the other a meticulously presented leasing memorandum outlining the details of the unique opportunity.

Drawing inspiration from Australia’s signature natural beauty, renowned jeweller and silversmith Marian Hosking was commissioned to create ‘Sydney Spring’—a bespoke piece of silverware symbolising the renewal of George Street. The gift, designed to capture the attention of the audience, was enclosed within in a ‘Secret Sharer’, handcrafted from carefully selected Australian timber by artisan makers, Louiseann and Kristian King. The distinctive gift and overall leasing package sought to herald the evolving landscape of luxury brand retailing in Australia and the exceptional prospect at the site.
